Will I still need to use an Estate Agent ?

Generally YES, unless you are already intending to do your own thing and sell/rent without using an Agent. That’s your choice, although we would always suggest that using a good professional Estate Agent is preferred, as they mostly provide good value for your money, and mostly they look after your interests in what can be a very traumatic experience. You can do it yourself by all means, and about 10% of those moving house do so in order to save the Agent fees, you should just have to be prepared to undergo the legwork involved.
