PREPARING FOR AN EMMA  VISIT - Guidelines

HERE ARE THE NORMAL RULES FOR WHEN YOUR EMMA CHISIT OPERATOR SCHEDULES TO VISIT

IT WILL TAKE AROUND 1½ HOURS TO DO THE SHOTS AND COMPLETE THE PRINTS, AND COMPLETE THE (NORMAL) SERVICE. PREMIUM SERVICES MAY TAKE SLIGHTLY LONGER. YOU CAN PAY BY CREDIT CARD OR CHEQUE OR CASH. JUST PAY !   WE DO NOT ACCEPT USED CARS OR POTTED PLANTS AS PAYMENT.

IT MAY BE LONGER IF YOU REQUEST SPECIAL SERVICES SUCH AS 360 degree VIRTUAL SHOTS FOR USE ON OUR WEB SITE AND ON HAND-OUT CD-ROM’S IF ORDERED AS EXTRAS

GENERALLY WHEN WE LEAVE YOU WILL HAVE THE FULL SERVICE PRODUCTS
         - THE LAMINATED SIGNAGE
         - THE DATA SHEET COPY HOLDER AFFIXED
         - 20 COLOUR COPIES OF YOUR DATA SHEET
         - CD-ROM’S WITH BROWSER ENABLED COPIES OF YOUR PROPERTY IF ORDERED (Optional)

WE WILL ALWAYS ENSURE YOUR LAMINATED A3 SIGNAGE AND DATA SHEET COPY HOLDER IS FULLY COMPLETED ON THE CALL, HOWEVER JUST OCCASIONALLY  IT MAY BE NECESSARY  TO PRINT THE 20 DATA SHEETS LATER IN THE DAY  (EVEN AS THE OPERATOR IS DRIVING TO HIS/HER NEXT CALL) IN WHICH CASE THEY WILL BE DELIVERED TO YOU WITHIN  24-HRS BY HAND BY YOUR LOCAL OPERATOR , OR WITHIN 48-HRS BY POST FROM EMMA CHISIT HEADQUARTERS

2. DECIDE BEFOREHAND WHICH ROOMS YOU WANT TO FEATURE, DECIDE WHICH ARE TO BE PANORAMIC
3. MEASURE ALL OF THE ROOM SIZES, IF WE HAVE TO DO IT, WE WILL CHARGE YOU AN EXTRA £15
4. DE-CLUTTER ALL THE ROOMS WHICH ARE TO FEATURE IN SHOTS
5. DE-CLUTTER THE FRONTAGE OF THE HOUSE
6. DE-CLUTTER THE GARDEN IF THE GARDEN IS TO BE INCLUDED IN SHOTS
7. BE BRUTAL - DE-CLUTTER ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING - JUST FOR TODAY !

YOU WILL BE GIVEN AN APPROXIMATE ARRIVAL TIME BY YOUR OPERATOR

IF HE/SHE IS DELAYED THEY WILL CALL AHEAD TO INFORM YOU, OR TO RE-ARRANGE IF IT GOES PEARSHAPED

MAKE SURE WHEN YOU SPEAK TO THEM THAT  THEY HAVE YOUR HOME CONTACT AND MOBILE NUMBERS

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THEIR MOBILE NUMBER WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT, JUST IN CASE
