Emma Chisit is expanding nationally and there may be opportunities for you to join our team of Operators working locally and controlling their own postal districts.

Operators can earn in excess of £45-50K gross (after deductions for all Operating costs, before income tax). And more if you specialise in some of the Premium Level Services such as 360 degree VIRTUAL TOUR shooting and web-page insertion/construction.

The Operators run their own business as a franchisee of Emma Chisit.

Set-up costs are minimal and any expenditure will be solely for the necessary equipment needed to deliver the Emma Chisit Services. The Equipment you will need can be bought privately by the Operator direct, or Emma Chisit can assist with sourcing based on our experience of getting the right tools for the job. We do not seek entry-level fees to buy a franchise (at this stage, but this will change) but beware we are very fussy about who we will accept into our fraternity.

In the UK there are over 1,200,000 homes sold each year, plus a few more that maybe go on the market but fail to finally sell. Both categories are potential Customers for Emma Chisit. There are as many again to RENT.

Our remit is simple - we provide complementary services at the POINT OF SALE that will result in a FAST MOVING EXPERIENCE (or Rental) for our clients, at minimal cost compared to the other cost elements of selling or renting a property.

It’s a no-brainer, and once your local community wake up to the existence of the availability of your services, you will find they form an orderly queue at your door. You will build to 16 new clients per week.

Our plan is to capture just 10% of the overall national market per annum. YOU can help us achieve that, and in doing so build a unique business for yourself.
