We value the safety of  our Operators above all else, and consequently we employ strict safety processes and procedures to ensure that their appointments are known and their current daily whereabouts are tracked.

This is not done to check up on our Operators - indeed we have no interest in how they run their own local business operations in that respect. It is done to ensure that their safety in working with the public is ensured. We take these matters very seriously.

All calls/visits to you our Customer are known and diaried centrally electronically, together with the relevant contact details for the Customer concerned.

Upon arrival at an appointment, and before meeting you the Customer, our Operator will send a notification by text message (SMS) which includes your visit code informing control that he/she are about to meet with you.

Upon departure from the appointment the Operator will send another text message informing control of safe completion, before proceeding to the next Customer call of  the day.

This process ensures that at any point in time we know where our Operator is working.

In addition to these precautions, we take two further significant steps to assure the safety of our team.

Firstly, our Operators mobile phones are positionally tracked by the phone network, and our support systems made available by the phone operator allows both ourselves and the police to see precisely where any of our team are at any point in the day, and up until  the phone was last in range, even if currently switched off, and with a location accuracy within 50 metres.

Secondly, in the event of a personal attack or robbery, our Operators are able to press  just one key on their mobile phone which will result in an immediate emergency text message (SMS) being sent to control. Control will immediately inform the police and simultaneously attempt to make direct contact with the Operator concerned.  Our Operators mobile phones are also configured with the ability to press a single “panic” key which will cause the phone camera to both take a picture AND immediately transmit that picture to control. Thus any attacker will know that their identity can be rapidly established by the authorities.
